Office Hours:
For the convenience of our patients, we are open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed for lunch between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., reopening at 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.

To complement our regular office hours, we provide acute care hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. In addition, we also offer a nurse-staffed emergency phone service that is available 24 hours, seven days a week.

Directions:
We are conveniently located on the corner of Providence Road and Highway 51 in the Arboretum Professional Park. The Arboretum Professional Park is directly across Highway 51 from the Arboretum Shopping Center.
